What is covered under the 10-year warranty?
Our warranty covers all structural and manufacturing defects under normal household use. This includes frame warping, joint separation, and structural sag. It does not cover normal wear-and-tear or stain damages.
Is assembly required?
Most beds and dining tables require minor assembly, which is simple with our included hardware and instructions. Sofas and storage chests arrive fully assembled or require only attaching leg brackets.
