Order Processing

  • All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our U.S.-based warehouse,

  • Processing occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the order date.

  • Once processed, your order is shipped the next business day.

  • Please allow for slightly longer processing times during holiday seasons or promotional sales.

  • Note: Orders are not shipped on weekends or national holidays.

Delivery Timeframes

After your order has been processed:

  • Standard delivery across the continental U.S. typically takes 2–5 business days.

  • Remote or rural locations may experience slightly longer delivery times.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can monitor its journey to your home.

Sales Tax

  • Applicable state and local sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address.

  • Even if your billing address is in a non-taxable state, you may still be charged tax if the shipping destination requires it.

  • Sales tax rates are applied at the time of order confirmation, and your final invoice reflects the accurate total.

Tax-Exempt Orders

To apply for tax exemption on Nestifys orders:

  • Submit your completed tax exemption form to support@nestifys.com for review and approval before placing your order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to U.S. addresses only, with the following conditions:

  • Free shipping applies to the 48 contiguous states.

  • We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO, or PO Boxes at this time.

  • Carriers we use include UPS, USPS, FedEx, and Pioneer, depending on the item size and destination.

Shipping Methods

  • Items under 150 lbs are shipped via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS).

  • Heavier items over 150 lbs, such as mattresses or bed frames, will be delivered via freight truck with curbside or threshold delivery.

Force Majeure

Although rare, shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen events such as severe weather, natural disasters, or supply chain disruptions.
Rest assured—we always work to resolve these situations quickly and transparently.

Damaged Items in Transit

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or return as needed—quickly and with care.
