Manufacturer Warranty Processing Policy

How We Handle Manufacturer Warranty Claims

Once we receive all the necessary documentation from you, our team will promptly begin the warranty claim process with the manufacturer.

Required Steps to Submit a Warranty Claim

Please follow the instructions below carefully to ensure your claim is processed efficiently:

  1. Complete the Warranty Claim Form

    • Fill out the form included in the warranty ticket email you received from us.

  2. Attach Required Documentation

    • In your reply to the warranty ticket email, please include the following:

      • A completed copy of the warranty claim form.

      • Clear photographs of the product label showing the serial number.

      • At least one close-up photo and one wider photo showing the issue or defect.

  3. Submit Your Email

    • Send the completed documentation back via the original warranty ticket email you received.

Once we receive all required information, we will submit the claim to the product manufacturer on your behalf.

What Happens Next

If the manufacturer determines that the issue qualifies as a manufacturer defect under their limited warranty, one of the following resolutions may apply, depending on the manufacturer's policy:

1. Replacement Parts

  • If replacement parts are required and approved, we will ship them to you as soon as they are available.

2. Repair Reimbursement

  • If the manufacturer authorizes a repair, the following applies:

    • The repair amount must be pre-approved in writing by Nestifys

    • Once we receive an itemized receipt from a professional repair company, the approved amount will be reimbursed.

    • Important: Any costs not pre-approved in writing will not be reimbursed, regardless of the repair outcome.

3. Product Replacement

  • If a full product replacement is authorized by the manufacturer:

    • The customer is responsible for covering the transportation or shipping costs associated with the replacement.

    • Replacements cannot be processed until the applicable shipping charges have been paid.

  • Nestifys does not guarantee the approval of any claim and acts only as a facilitator in the warranty process.

  • Shipping times and availability of parts or replacements are subject to manufacturer inventory and processing times.
