Where is my order?

Your order status is updated via email, including tracking details upon dispatch. Please use this information to monitor your delivery.

How long will my order take to ship?

Order processing typically takes 2-3 business days. Delivery occurs within 5-7 business days, contingent on your geographic location.

Will I get tracking information?

Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. For large freight shipments, you’ll also be contacted to coordinate a delivery time.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

While damage is rare, it can happen. If your order arrives with any damage:

  • Note any issues on the delivery receipt (if applicable)
  • Save all original packaging
  • Contact us at support@nestifys.com within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and description of the issue

We will work quickly to replace the item or parts, or resolve the issue through a professional repair at no cost to you.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement with no penalty.After 24 hours, if the order has shipped or is in transit, it will be treated as a return and subject to:

  • A 15% restocking fee
  • Applicable round-trip shipping charges

To cancel, please email us at support@nestifys.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request.” We will confirm the cancellation once processed.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer 100% free shipping anywhere in the continental United States. No hidden fees — just fast, reliable delivery to your door.

Do you ship outside the United States?

At this time, we only ship within the United States. Shipping is free to the 48 contiguous states. Additional charges apply for Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. If you're an international customer, you can arrange a U.S.-based freight forwarder, and we’ll deliver to that address free of charge.

Are there any delivery charges?

There are no delivery charges to the continental U.S. However, additional fees may apply if your location is:

  • Only accessible by boat
  • In a remote area not serviced by standard delivery trucks
  • Located in Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico

How will my order be shipped?

Most bedding items — like sheets, duvets, and pillows — ship via FedEx or UPS and are delivered right to your door. For bulkier products like mattresses or bed frames, delivery may be arranged through a freight service. In select areas, we may offer White Glove Delivery (including setup and packaging removal), depending on the item.

Can you ship to APO or FPO addresses?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses at this time.

Payments

When will my card be charged?

At checkout, a temporary authorization is placed to verify funds. This hold may disappear after a few days depending on your bank. We officially charge your card once the order has been processed for shipping.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax is applied based on your shipping address and in accordance with state regulations. We currently collect sales tax in various states, including but not limited to California, New York, Texas, and Illinois. If your state isn’t listed, you may still be responsible for reporting the purchase for tax purposes.

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • Returned items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging
  • A 15% restocking fee and round-trip shipping costs apply

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Mattresses
  • Bedding (sheets, duvets, linens)
  • Foundations and mattress bases
  • Custom-size or custom-color items

Nestifys has decades of experience in online retail, a strong network of distribution centers across the U.S., and processes a high volume of orders. These efficiencies allow us to offer premium bedding at prices well below traditional retail — and we pass those savings directly to you.

Are your products brand new?

Yes. All Nestifys products are 100% brand new, unused, and ship in original packaging from our warehouse or manufacturing partners.

Do your bedding products have warranties?

Most of our mattresses, bed frames, and select bedding items come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please check the product page or contact our support team for specific warranty details.

Do you offer trial periods for mattresses?

Many of our mattress partners offer sleep trial periods, ranging from 30 to 100 nights. Product pages will note if a trial is included. If you have questions, feel free to ask our team before ordering.
