Each unit is handcrafted and made to order. Due to the custom nature of this product, please allow the specified lead time prior to shipment. Any exposed concrete must be sealed to prevent staining from soot, weather, and dirt.

What is covered under the 10-year warranty?
Our warranty covers all structural and manufacturing defects under normal household use. This includes frame warping, joint separation, and structural sag. It does not cover normal wear-and-tear or stain damages.
Is assembly required?
