- 12-Month Limited Warranty: Covers defects in materials or workmanship, including foam integrity, zippers, seams, and liner issues, as well as abnormal foam collapse under normal use. Excludes chewing damage, misuse, outdoor exposure, or normal wear and tear.

Standard shipping is free nationwide. Larger furniture items are shipped via specialized freight partners. The delivery team will call you to schedule a convenient delivery date and window once your shipment arrives locally.
What is covered under the 10-year warranty?
Our warranty covers all structural and manufacturing defects under normal household use. This includes frame warping, joint separation, and structural sag. It does not cover normal wear-and-tear or stain damages.
Is assembly required?
Most beds and dining tables require minor assembly, which is simple with our included hardware and instructions. Sofas and storage chests arrive fully assembled or require only attaching leg brackets.
