Planting Tips
Start with a layer of pea gravel mixed with activated charcoal at the base, followed by a layer of soil. Carve small cavities for plants, insert them, and tamp the soil to remove air pockets. Water lightly — the terrarium recycles its own moisture. Choose plants that thrive in humid environments and avoid placing in direct sunlight. Rotate every few weeks and prune as needed.

Product Questions & Support
How does delivery work?
Standard shipping is free nationwide. Larger furniture items are shipped via specialized freight partners. The delivery team will call you to schedule a convenient delivery date and window once your shipment arrives locally.
What is covered under the 10-year warranty?
Our warranty covers all structural and manufacturing defects under normal household use. This includes frame warping, joint separation, and structural sag. It does not cover normal wear-and-tear or stain damages.
Is assembly required?
Most beds and dining tables require minor assembly, which is simple with our included hardware and instructions. Sofas and storage chests arrive fully assembled or require only attaching leg brackets.
